The Stanley Area Business Association (SABA) and Escape Plan Marketing present “Using Social Media to Grow Your Business” at a breakfast on Thursday, August 9th.
Escape Plan founder and chief creative Drew Horine spoke about practical ways to engage customers using Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
According to Horine, “Many small business owners know they need to be on social media, but don’t know where to start. It’s easy to get overwhelmed not knowing what to post or how to reach your audience, so they just give up.”
This seminar aims to help local entrepreneurs find direction and ultimately make social media an effective tool for building their business. Attendees will learn about the most popular platforms, common mistakes to avoid, and using social media for customer service.
Drew Horine founded Escape Plan Marketing with his wife, Terry, after working in digital marketing for more than 20 years. He has been on Facebook over 10 years and currently manages dozens of social media pages for his clients.
SABA strives to increase visibility and profitability of local businesses, service groups and agriculture with promotion and business development.
This event is free and open to local business owners in the Gaston County area. Breakfast and Coffee will be Served. Visit epmkg.com/SABA to register.
