Change is inevitable.
It happens daily whether we are ready or not. Anything that seems permanent today will likely change tomorrow.
Don’t believe me? When I started building websites, my biggest competitor was the phone book.
The real question is how do we deal with it? We can either embrace change or hunker down and protect our precious way of doing things.
Let’s explore embracing change. A 3-year study of US companies promoting an agile, learning environment had some interesting results.

- outpace competitors in creativity, and
- grow profits faster.
Right now sounds like a good time kick down some walls.
