The Problem
The Plateau Is Real, and It Is Not Your Fault
You use AI for email. Maybe a first draft, a rewrite, a quick bit of research. It works. It saves you time.
And then it stops getting better.
The reason is simple. Every time you open a new chat, you are starting over with something that knows nothing about your business, your customers, your prices, or how you sound. So you spend the first three messages explaining yourself, settle for output that is 70 percent right, and fix the rest by hand.
That is not a limit of the tool. That is a setup problem, and it takes about half an hour to fix properly.
What You Will Build
Two Hours. Two Things Built. Both Yours to Keep.
This is a working session, not a talk. You bring a laptop and the work you actually do, and you leave with two things running on your own machine, plus a pack in your inbox the next day.

The Format
How the Two Hours Run
9:00 Where you actually are, and the three levels above it
9:10 The same request, run two ways. This is the part people talk about after.
9:25 Build your business context, hands on keyboards
9:55 Break
10:05 Rebuild one weekly task as a reusable prompt
10:40 Share, pressure test, and steal from each other
10:52 Guardrails, and what to do Monday
Doors at 8:45. Come early if you want help getting set up before the clock starts.
Who is this for?
Read This Part Honestly
This is an intermediate session for people already using AI most weeks. It is not a basics class, and someone starting from zero would have a frustrating morning. Solopreneurs, consultants, agents, and professionals inside small companies all fit well.
You will get the most out of this if:
Bringing three or more people from the same company? That is a private workshop, and it will serve you better than seats here. Book a free strategy call and we will scope it.
If you’ve never opened an AI tool, start with this blog post first.

Come Ready
Four Things to Bring
This is hands on keyboards, so coming prepared is most of the difference between a good morning and a great one.
1. A laptop and a charger. Not a tablet. You will be typing.
2. Your AI tool, logged in. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot. A paid plan helps but is not required.
3. One task you do every week, plus a finished example of it. The thing you already use AI for.
4. Three to five things that describe your business. About page, service list, a past proposal, your best client email.
Coffee is downstairs and the break is real.

Your Host
Who Is Running This
Drew Horine has worked in digital marketing since the mid-1990s. That is long enough to have watched the internet, Google, social media, and smartphones each go from fad to fundamental, and long enough to notice that the businesses that leaned in early are the ones still standing.
He runs Escape Plan Marketing in Gastonia and speaks regularly to Rotary clubs, chambers, and business groups across the Charlotte area.

Three things Drew will not do: sell you hype, use AI to replace your people, or leave you with a folder of theory.
We make your team more capable, not smaller.
